While the sales staff at the Centre were excellent, the gap between ordering and delivery was disappointing, although it was made clear that was the expected time it would take.

The team at Perth BMW are simply superb. No matter what or why, every contact made over the years has been addresses professionally & efficiently. The aftersales support (RYAN and NEIL specifically) convinces me to continue with BMW in the future.

It would usually be a 5 but there was confusion as my appointment had been cancelled, as the part hasn't arrived, but I was not notified so not on the work schedule. They then discovered the part had arrived and completed the job in an hour!
