From the greeting at reception (lovely lady whose name I didn't get), through to dealing with Isaac and meeting the boss man (Stuart I think), everyone was very courteous and checked I was being looked after at all times. Pleasant experience!

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. A little bit rushed during handover stage and handbook missing but overall very good. Bought a new VW for my wife 2 days earlier from Camerons Perth and that experience was really special!

Purchase and delivery were very smooth. My car was in stock at the centre, keeping delivery simple and available completely in line with my schedule. Handover was a great experience - my first "new car day" was one to remember!

I waited longer than I had been advised I would have to maybe 30 minutes on what was a 2h15 scheduled visit. I had planned work related activities so was inconvenienced. See note at section 3.

Physically & service level wise the experience was excellent [5 Star] but the cost for a minimal scope service (took under 90 minutes to carry out) was excessive but as a long term BMW owner its what I have become Accustomed to.

The service booking system for Grassicks is now done through a central office in Edinburgh. This helps de-personalise the experience which is another byproduct of small family firms like Grassicks being taken over by bigger companies.

Couldn't have been happier, originally booked appointment online, was contacted first thing the next day to confirm some details. Service advisor was the perfect combination of approachable and efficient. All work performed with minimal effort.

Wouldn't pick the car up as it was a recall. I had to wait around the dealership until complete. Having said that, they were attentive and carried out the work within the time anticipated. Ivor, as always is first class in communication/authenticity.

Service department is attentive in its competency - However it is let down by the text communication system it uses to keep the customer informed. There is not an ability to call this number for an update and a text reply seems to to take a while.

All good, just need to resolve one issue of rear number plate, holes drilled on tilt. Awaiting reply for replacement. Driver picked me but I wasn't aware it had been scheduled, no trouble though as was not in any work meetings at home.

I was trying to get a problem resolved at another BMW dealer and could not make contact. Grassicks responded immediately on the phone twice and then booked in to resolve 2 days later. Ivan Smith was excellent. Really great service

I dropped my car off at 9.10am for a basic oil service and asked if I could get it back ASAP. I returned at 12 noon it hadn't been started. It was a bit frustrating. It would be better if you could book a half day slot for a straightforward service.
