Our centre star rating is based on customer satisfaction scores from real customers. It is based on information collated by BMW UK over the past 90 days of new car sales and aftersales service transactions, where the customers have subsequently elected to complete a satisfaction survey online or by phone. Still waiting on a call back to arrange reinstatement of divers seat cowlings and back pocket to working order. Was in for a head restraint sensor replacement and seat never put back to gether properly.

I would have given 5 out of 5 however my time spent waiting was long because the Wi-Fi in the garage is so poor I could not download e mails or watch Netflix on my iPad . Why can't there be a good Wi-Fi.Even trains and buses have a better Wi-Fi !

Car collection from my home is not as good as it was. Now collection can be anytime from 8:30 to 12:00 which can be inconvenient. Previously when I used this service my car was collected and a curtesy car delivered before 9:00 am.

When my BMW failed it's MOT because of tyres, I was somewhat surprised that you did not have the tyres in stock which resulted in a return visit the next day.

As above. The only fly in the ointment was that I had to bring the car back to Grassicks a couple of days after the service and MOT as the valve on the new tyre needed replaced. I live 25 miles away so it was a bit inconvenient.

With regards to Grassicks BMW Garage.... Always a friendly, efficient and courteous service whenever I visit. I cannot comment on other BMW garages, but I would recommend Grassicks to others, having used them for many many years.

Work took longer than estimated. Provided information regarding a potential issue with my battery. I subsequently took the vehicle to the garage of purchase & they refuted this. However no real issues with both & reassurance provided re the battery.

Strangely 7 months on my rear tyres now have 3mm & 2.5mm more on the inner tread than the last service - yet I have since had an MOT and have never replaced the rear tyres. Sounds like scaremongering and has created serious mis trust.

Very satisfied, did not realise car would be there most of the day, . The new system of booking from Edinburgh did not make that clear, as coming from rural area means shopping or doing something in the town all day . A car was offered which I refuse

There was a problem with late delivery of our new car caused by the BMW factory. Grassicks did everything that they could to address the issue, keeping us informed and ensuring that we were not inconvenienced. Ryan and Sfan could not have done more.

Having arranged for a while you wait appointment I was surprised to find after two hours my car had not even been started. They did however recover from this issue in a timely manner. A review of the booking in process may be in order

I am very happy with experience with the service provided as I was kept informed on the progress of my service including a video sent to my phone of the results of the health check. My service advisor explained the breakdown of the cost ofthe service
