I am very happy with experience with the service provided as I was kept informed on the progress of my service including a video sent to my phone of the results of the health check. My service advisor explained the breakdown of the cost ofthe service
Having arranged for a while you wait appointment I was surprised to find after two hours my car had not even been started. They did however recover from this issue in a timely manner. A review of the booking in process may be in order
The whole experience was very efficient
Service completed to time and price, only issue was with completion of log book which I had not presented for completion. Posted it to garage for completion but after two weeks and an unanswered e mail was informed it was posted out to me.
The only concern which I had was the time taken to supply a loan Car and when I got in it the first stop I had to make was to get fuel as there was minimal in the Tank.
Promise of txt for service reminder,did not happen promised e-mail for service plan did not happen

Communication was poor on the day for technical reasons and I was told a full service was being undertaken (Not the £500+, but a major service.) To my knowledge the only thing done was oil and pollen filter change and that didn't justify the cost.
everything is carried out to perfection. a feed back from management on work carried out right down to a wash & valet
I was offered a date which suited me, a courtesy vehicle to use while my one was being attended to and was kept up to date with the progress of my car. Service reception was pleasant as was the agent who looked after me.
Fault reported, but no effort made to investigate.
My vehicle was in to have a faulty airbag replaced.It was also in to have damage repaired caused when it was last with you.Work this time was satisfactory.

20 min wait when picking up car. In fairness, it was lunch time so 1 service operative down and other was busy with another customer.
All the service staff looked after me including sales and parts department when I was in the dealership over the 2 days when dropping my car off for a recall
car did not pair up to my apple phone. did not recognise me as the driver
I could not ask for any better service very satisfying , the staff helped me out with getting me a car for that day. And I got my own car back cleaner than I left it. Good service bmw keep up the good work.

The service and support that they give to their customers is superb. The facilities for customers are well appointed and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I've been with Grassick's since 2002, find their service to be excellent.
Was promised a phone call back to arrange a time but I had to call back myself to book the car in. This was the third time I've had this issue
Justine kept me informed throughout the day as to progress with my car's inspection. A driver took myself and my husband into Perth and collected us when the car was ready. Both members of staff were delightful. A flawless service.
