From initially arranging a test drive to getting our exact specifications to ordering our new X1 was professional. On taking over the car everything was explained and there was great help putting the apps on the mobiles.

Richard kept us up to date with the progress of our car through the production process at BMW's plant in Regensburg ,Germany, right up to the day that it was delivered to Grassicks BMW Perth. The hand over day of the new X1 was so enjoyable.
