Rating only given due to a mistake made with my order. Unfortunately communication to a salesperson, no longer with the company, by telephone to correct this omission was not added to my order - privacy windows. (always included in my other BMW cars)

I was invited to a VIP event, and a few days later was returning one car and driving away in my new one. Ryan organised all the paperwork and Leon set up the new car to my profile he also did the same for my husband - so we have our own .

I was very disappointed that the loan car I received was dirty. It had not been washed when I picked it up and this made it very difficult to check the car myself before taking away to make sure there was damage before I used it.

Took a bit to get through servicing, but appreciate this was not a booked appointment. However, considering it was a car fault, I believe the shop response was fair. Jakob did a good job and communicated well. Replacement car would have been nice.

Cannot fault service staff and Ivan was great throughout. Having bought 5 cars in 6 years from Grassicks I was very disappointed not a single member of Sales bothered to even say hello to me, all standing about with hands in pockets or texting.

One fault could not be resolved in time available. Not a garage or service issue. The battery for SOS system is in a crazy space and you cannot disable notification. Extremely poor design. T
